DEI Session 2: DEI Session (Encore presentation)

Date: March 18, 2022

Time: 11:30am-12:15pm

Description: As Advance Community Health celebrates 50 years of service to the historically Black Southeast Raleigh community provides an opportunity to learn more about its connection to St. Agnes Hospital on the campus of Saint Augustine’s University. Scot McCray, Bree Newsome Bass and Dr. Derrick Sauls discuss the important role of Community Health Centers during the pandemic and ongoing challenges.

DEI Session 3: Statewide DEI Watch Party (Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson- Opening Statement )

Date: March 28, 2022

Description: Watch Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson deliver her full opening statement at her Supreme Court confirmation hearing with the Senate Judiciary Committee.

DEI Session 4: Film Club 

Date: March 30, 2022

Time: 3:00pm (45 minutes) 

Description: Topic:  When voting rights didn’t protect all Women & Black Women in the suffrage movement.

DEI Session 5: Broken For The Purpose 

Date/Time: Tuesdays at 11:00am-12:00pm

Description: Join us for Broken For The Purpose, a deeper look to help you find purpose in your brokenness(Breakthroughs through brokenness.   We will explore all five chapters of the book Broken For The Purpose and answer questions that will help you examine who you are and how to deal to with issues that may be holding you back to achieve all you are called to be.
