Our Student Support Specialists:

  • Work on-site with school counselors, social workers and school leadership to address challenges students face at school or at home
  • Take the time to understand each student’s unique needs and work with them and their parents/ guardians to set goals and track their progress during regular check-ins

  • Coordinate with community partners to bring outside resources inside schools 
  • Use a proven approach tailored to individual student needs, situations, talents and abilities

We build relationships community by community, school by school, and student by student. Our most important resource is our network of 17 independently operated affiliates in communities across the state of North Carolina.
