CIS builds one-on-one relationships with students, wrapping them in supports at school so they attend school regularly, behave appropriately, complete their coursework, explore career paths, and access higher education. CIS connects students and their families to the community resources they need to succeed and thrive successful students contribute to strong, healthy and more economically stable communities.
Student Success Model (ABC3+P)
Focuses on Attendance, Behavior, Coursework, College, Career, and Parental engagement to ensure student success.
Our Student Support Specialists:
- On-site staff work with school counselors, social workers and school leadership to address challenges students face at school or at home
- Coordinate with community partners to bring outside resources inside schools
- Proven approach tailored to individual student needs, situations, talents and abilities
